पूर्ण एकाग्रता सफलता हेतु अनिवार्य हैः कृष्ण का निष्काम कर्म सिद्धान्त
हर कार्य में सफलता प्राप्त करने हेतु अपना सो प्रतिशत लगाना जरूरी है। पूर्ण एकाग्रता से कार्य करने पर सफलता मिलती है। कार्य को पूरी तन्मयता से करना चाहिए। हमें पूरी तरह तन, मन व भाव से कार्य करना चाहिए तभी हम सम्पूर्ण हो पाते है। अन्यथा हम बिखरे-बिखरे से रहते है। कार्य को समग्रता से करने पर ही आनन्द मिलता है। यह एक आध्यात्मिक सत्य भी है। गीता में कृष्ण का निष्काम कर्म सिद्धान्त यही है कि कार्य करते वक्त लक्ष्य को भी भूलाकर पूर्णता से कार्य करें। कार्य करने वाले को अपनी ऊर्जा को अन्यत्र नहीं जाने देना चाहिए। जब हम कार्य को बेमन से करते है तो स्वयं की निगाह में गिर जाते है। व खुद को ही अच्छा नहीं लगता है। कार्य को पूर्णता से करने पर मिली असफलता भी दुःख नहीं देती है। कार्य को करने की खुशी तत्क्षण मिल जाती है वही उसका ईनाम है। जीवन में सफल होने के लिए हमें सब कुछ दांव पर लगाना होता है। हम आधें-अधुरे जीते है। हम अपने आपको बाजी पर नहीं लगातें हेै। सफलता के लिए बाजी लगाना अनिवार्य है।

असंतुलित व्यक्ति अपने को एकाग्र नहीं कर सकता है। विचारों में उलझा हुए सौ प्रतिशत कैसे लगाएं। इसकी कोई प्रत्यक्ष विधि नहीं है। इस हेतु व्यक्ति को अपने मन को नियन्त्रण करना पड़ता है। इसमें योग प्राणायाम व त्राटक सहायक है। कोई भी व्यक्ति कहने से अपना सौ प्रतिशत नहीं लगा सकता है क्योंकि हम सभी बंटे हुए है। विभाजित मन के होते हुए एकाग्र होना बहुत कठिन है। मन के विभाजन को समाप्त करने पर स्वतः ही व्यक्ति एकाग्र हो जाता है। ऐसे मंे व्यक्ति दृष्टा भाव रखते हुए कर्म कर सकता है।

मन की शक्ति उस जल-प्रताप की तरह है जोे साधारणतः यों ही मुद्दतों से गिरता और बहता रहता है, पर यदि उसी से पनचक्की या बिजली बनाने का कार्य किया जाय तो आश्चर्यजनक लाभ प्राप्त होता है। वह निरर्थक दीखने वाला झरना बहुत लाभदायक एवं उपयोगी सिद्ध होता है। मन में जो प्रचण्ड शक्ति भरी है उसका महत्त्व जिन्होेेंने जान लिया वे अपना सारा ध्यान मन को नियन्त्रित कर सफलता प्राप्ति में लगाते हैं।

maine apni mazar per padha hai fateha

There are loves that are material in planes, others bring lush sensations,
